1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website or use a web application. They are widely used to make services work or work more efficiently, and to provide information to operators.

This policy covers cookie usage across two contexts: the Gnariex website (gnariex.com) and the GnX Suite platform (our cloud ERP application). Cookie usage differs between them.

2. What cookies we use

Gnariex website

The Gnariex marketing website uses no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar tools.

The only cookies set are strictly necessary technical cookies placed by our infrastructure:

• Next.js routing cookies — set by the Next.js framework to handle page routing and prefetching. Session duration, no personal data.
• Vercel infrastructure cookies — set by Vercel (our hosting provider) for load balancing and edge network routing. Session duration, no personal data.

GnX Suite platform

The GnX Suite application uses two categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required for authentication and tenant data isolation between organisations. These cannot be disabled; the application cannot function without them. They carry no personal data beyond what is necessary to maintain your session.
• Analytics cookies — set only after you give explicit consent via the in-app cookie consent banner. These help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. If you decline or choose “Essential only”, no analytics cookies are set.

3. Cookie consent banners

Gnariex website

The Gnariex marketing website does not show a cookie consent banner. Because we use only strictly necessary technical cookies and no consent-dependent cookies (analytics, advertising, personalisation), no banner is legally required. We choose not to add one rather than display a notice for cookies that carry no privacy risk.

GnX Suite platform

The GnX Suite platform presents a cookie consent banner on first use because it offers consent-gated analytics cookies. You can accept all cookies or choose “Essential only” to limit cookies to what is strictly required for the application to function. Your choice is stored and respected on subsequent visits.

4. How to control cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

• View all cookies stored by websites you have visited
• Block cookies from specific websites or all websites
• Delete all cookies when you close the browser

Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent some parts of the website or GnX Suite application from working correctly.

GnX Suite platform users can withdraw analytics consent at any time by selecting “Essential only” in the cookie banner within the application.

5. Changes to this policy

If we introduce new cookies in the future — for example, if we add analytics to the marketing website — we will update this policy before doing so and, where required by law, obtain your consent.
